This week was a great week, our Discord server has been set up and our very own custom bot has been deployed, and towards the end of the week we have managed to get our member count to 91 (very close to 100).
As we grow, RR will—like the moon—wax and wane.
We will have bursts of activity, energy, and momentum. Then, at times, we may fall quiet. But silence is not failure. Silence is not the end. It is part of our growth.
Every community has phases. There will be times when we are loud, active, and moving fast. There will also be times when we rest, reflect, and rebuild beneath the surface.
The moon does not disappear when it fades from view. It is still there, preparing to return full again.
RR will grow the same way.
We will take shape over time. We will learn, adjust, and strengthen ourselves as a community. Each phase will teach us something. Each quiet moment will prepare us for the next rise.
This is not about rushing to look alive every single day. This is about building something that lasts.
